The Gospel Is…

10 May

Hopeful.

No other message carries with it the hope that the Gospel of Jesus Christ does.  From the forgiveness accomplished upon the cross to the renewal of the earth at the return of Christ, the Gospel grants us hope.  Not only does the message itself grant us hope, but also the way in which it is offered: freely and to all people.  There are no prerequisites for receiving the Gospel, and there is no one who will be denied access to it based upon race, gender, age or social status.  This is the hope of the Gospel. Praise be to God!
